Salon Phoenix A Life Spa aims to provide you with the highest standard of service and personal care in a professional environment. To Maintain this level of service children are not permitted in the Life Spa unless they are receiving services. 

All Services are 100% guaranteed within the 7 days after they were performed. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. We can not guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our Life Spa.

Returns
Product purchases except for make-up are 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return the unused portion within 14 days and we will gladly exchange or offer you a store credit. Make-up is non refundable. 

Parking
For your convenience we offer validated parking at the Chase Garage. Located just across from the Life Spa on 1st Street north of Monroe. 

Cancellations
Your Life Spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we must charge the full price of a reserved service for canceling less than 24 hours in advance.

Payment Options
We are pleased to accept cash, Discover, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

Gift Cards
Make an impression with your loved ones or someone special. Gift cards are available for individual treatments, packages, or denominations beginning at $25.00

Preferred & Series Pricing
We offer discounted series on our sauna. This is perfect for those who wish to receive treatments on a regular basis.

Health Considerations
Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to your treatment. If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, avoid any heat treatments. Skin care procedures and waxing services have specific contraindications related to pregnancy and prescription drugs.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included with any of our spa services or gift certificates. All gratuities are at the client’s discretion. For your convenience, envelopes are provided at the front desk.

Cell Phone Policy
We understand the desire to keep in touch. However, in consideration of all of our guests, cell phone use is not permitted beyond our spa reception area.
